I'm using Internet Explorer v11.0.9600.17959 under Windows 7 64-bit and see no video, rather, the following error; "Your browser does not support the video tag."

Thanks for the report Casper. It is now fixed. From a technical perspective, I changed a setting. Specifically;

Send Internet Explorer 7 Compatibility Header

Sends an HTTP header that instructs Internet Explorer 8 to render pages as Internet Explorer 7 would do so, rather than enabling full standards-compliance mode, which may result in rendering problems for templates that have not been updated for IE8.

I had it turned on, because when the forums were initially started in 2008, Internet Explorer 8 was still relatively new and problematic. Now, we have Windows 10 and Edge (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/microsoft-edge).
