Forum "to do" list.

This is a to do list for this forum:

Allow members to close their own topics in the Flea Market section. (For when sales/trades are complete.) (Make permanent note/sticky about this change.)
Upgrade software to v3.8.3 (or higher)
Edit some styles to different colors.
Upgrade software to v3.8.6 (or higher)
When time permits, finish fixing the excessive spacing in the TDU readme.
When time permits, CAPITALIZE sub-paragraphs 14-15-16 of the EULA in the TDU2 readme. Excellent!
Finish editing posts that include self hosted assets to point to secure hypertext transfer protocol links.
