1. INSTALLING AND LAUNCHING THE GAME
1.1. System requirements
Minimal:
OS: Windows XP(SP1) or Windows Vista
DirectX 9.0c
CPU: P4 2.6GHz (Athlon 3000+)
RAM: 1Gb
Video: GeForce 6200 (Radeon 9600) 128Mb
DVD-ROM
5Gb free hard disk space
Internet connection (not less than 256 kbit\s) is required for correct Multiplayer game.
Recommended:
OS: Windows XP(SP1) or Windows Vista
DirectX 9.0c
CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz (Athlon X2 5000+)
RAM: 2Gb
Video: GeForce FX 8600 (Radeon HD2600) 256Mb

Internet connection (not less than 256 kbit\s) is required for correct Multiplayer game.
1.2. Installing the game
Please close all applications before installing the game. Insert the Men of War DVD into your DVD drive. If your PC has Autorun enabled, the installation will start automatically. If Autorun is disabled find the My Computer icon on your desktop, double-click it, locate the Men of War DVD icon there, and double-click it with your mouse.
After the installer launches, follow on-screen instructions to get the game set up on your computer.
1.3. Launching the game
You must have the original installation disk in your drive to run this game. The game will not run otherwise.
To launch the game, click the game icon on your desktop, or select Start – Programs – 1C - Men of War (by default).

2. UNINSTALLING THE GAME
In order to uninstall the game, choose the 'Uninstall Men of War' shortcut in the game's program group from the Start menu.
You can also use the Uninstall button in the game's start menu that appears onscreen after inserting the game disc into your DVD-ROM (if Autorun is available on your system).

3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If you encounter problems while playing the game, do the following before you contact the publisher:
- Choose 'Run' in the Start menu.
- Type 'dxdiag' in the dialog window and press 'Enter' to run Microsoft DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
- Conduct all tests.
- After conducting the tests, press 'Save All Information'.
- Send the text file obtained and a description of your problem to technical support.
Please also provide the following information:
- game version (installed updates)
- operating system
- processor brand, type and clock speed
- RAM volume
- sound card type
- video adapter model and parameters
- CD-ROM drive type
- mouse type and driver version
- DirectX version
- detailed description of the problem that you faced.

4. KNOWN ISSUES
4.1 Game crashes into Blue Screen
The game may show instability on systems with 1Gb RAM, Windows XP, and anti-virus software installed.
Please expand your RAM, uninstall anti-virus software or install Windows Vista to solve the problem.
