Thank you very much for purchasing "The Whispered World".
You will find all information worth knowing as well as a small beginner tutorial for the first minutes of the game in the accompanying manual.
Additions to the manual:
M - Mute Function. With this, music, speech and sound effects can be turned completely on and off.
F8 – Access the Options Menu.
. – You can also skip texts with the period key.
Tips and known issues:
- In Windows Vista Ultimate x86 systems with integrated Soundmax and Intel High Definition Audio, it is possible that no sound may be heard when using headphones if these are connected while a game is running.
- In order to run the game in window mode, your display system must be set to a screen resolution of at least 1024x768.

Precautions during use:
Do not sit too close to the monitor. Sit as far as comfortably possible.
Use as small a monitor as possible.
Do not play when tired or short on sleep.
Make sure that there is sufficient lighting in the room.
Be sure to take a 10-15 minutes break every hour.
